Brendan Sharp, LPCC
Treatment of Relationship Issues, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder in Olde Town, Arvada

Meet Brendan Sharp, LPCC
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With a warm, client-centered approach, I use a mix of humanistic, strengths-based, CBT, and mindfulness techniques to support clients in processing difficult emotions and discovering their own path toward healing. The focus of this process is collaborating with you, the client, by creating a safe and understanding space, which is the foundation of any successful therapeutic relationship.
I enjoy working with teens and young adults, particularly those who are neurodiverse, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Whether it’s supporting clients with communication and conflict resolution in relationships or helping them work through feelings of grief and loss, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Healing comes from within, and you are the expert on yourself. It is always my hope to be an empowering force for you in the pursuit of whatever it is you aim to achieve in therapy.
In addition to individual therapy, I am also open to working with family systems when needed, recognizing how important these dynamics can be in the healing process. While we may all be individuals, we are constantly operating within systems. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or just need someone to help you work through life’s challenges, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
