Michele Patti, LPCC
Treatment of Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Illness and Disabilities, & LGBTQ+ individuals in Olde Town, Arvada
Meet Michele Patti, LPCC
If you are struggling with emotional regulation, feeling stuck or misunderstood, and want to gain a better understanding of yourself, I can help. I support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, managing chronic illness and disability, exploring identity and self, navigating life transitions, LGBTQ+ individuals, and the neurodivergent community. I believe we all hold the innate capacity for healing. I aim to create a welcoming therapeutic space that promotes self-discovery and autonomy.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and person-centered. Together we can explore the multiple aspects and complexities of your own identity, intersectionality, and the stories that are shaping your life. I use narrative, creative, and expressive writing, as well as bibliotherapy, as tools for self exploration and integration. I also utilize DBT, mindfulness, and incorporate parts work to assist you with strengthening your own self advocacy and empowerment.
