Teen DBT Group
DBT stands for Dialectical Behavior Therapy. “Dialectical” means combining opposite ideas. DBT focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors, as well as helping them to learn to change their lives, including their unehlpful behaviors.
DBT is especially helpful for people who have difficulty managing and regulating their emotions. During a DBT group session you can expect to learn and develop coping skills around the pillars of DBT which include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

Embodied Relating: Relational Process Group
This is an in-person process group for adults who want to improve the relationships in their lives without losing themselves in the process.
You will develop a more intimate relationship with your internal world through noticing and sharing thoughts, feelings, and sensations leading to an improved ability to foster more meaningful connection with others.
This group supports you in building embodied connection with yourself as the foundation for deep authentic relationships with others.
